Progress is saved after each step. Passwords are written only where needed.

Connection Setup Use local defaults unless your administrator gave you different details. Driver Host Port Database Username Password Stored only in .env, never in installer state.

Use the database details provided for this ERP.

For the local MySQL setup, keep host 127.0.0.1 and port 3306. The usual local defaults are database hit, username hit, and password password unless they were changed.

Use Test Database first. When it passes, Save and Continue stores the settings and opens the database preparation step before company setup.
